I'm kind half ass running right now 3-4 days a week, no real goal for each day other than to just run. So no speed work and no long runs. It's kind if nice!
When should I start an actual training plan. Is December too soon?
I started my MCM training the last week of June. The race was 10/27. My training was 18 weeks, which I like. So, no, I don't think December is too soon!
