I usually run in them, but I also don't run as far as many of you...10k is the farthest I've run since I've had rings to worry about. I don't wear them to Crossfit or soccer though for scratching (of the rings or other people) reasons.

I take them off when I shower or sleep but not for any kind of workout. Could be because they're new to me. Maybe when the novelty wears off I won't put them on to go to a 530am workout.
I am not sure that I CAN take them off every day. They fit well enough that they don't slide around when I am cold or feel constricting when I am hot. My knuckle is big enough that I have to try pretty hard to get my rings off, like some days I just can't do it no matter how badly I want to. All that to say: Nope, never take them off.

Not usually for all the reasons PPs mentioned. I will wear my wedding band during races. I was wearing my engagement ring and wedding band last August when I decided I wanted to practice sliding head first into home plate... on a sidewalk. I bit it, hard. I have elbow scars, knee scars, and a knicked prong on my ring to remember it by. It wasn't a shining moment. I still haven't gotten my ring fixed.
I do not wear rings when I work out for two reasons. 1. My fingers swell and it's uncomfortable. 2. I don't want them to get beat up on the barbell or pull-up bar.
I'm doing pretty well if I'm wearing them every time I leave the house. I take them off as soon as I get home. Rings kind of bother me in general, I often take them off while driving or typing as well. I definitely don't run or work out in them.
'Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body. But rather, to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, screaming 'Woohoo! What a ride!' So every day is a holiday and every meal a feast."
Right now, yes I take mine off. 1. They swell easily and 2. I'm still carrying 10-15 lbs of baby weight on top of the 10 or so I gained after I had my rings resized so while I can wear them during the day I take them off at night.
Nope - I put them in a little pouch in my gym bag. I often forget to wear my rings each day though, I really need to work on that.
My hands swell something terrible anytime I work out or even just get warm, there's NO WAY I could work out with rings. I do usually leave my earrings in when I workout though (if they are studs).

Yes, for running. No for weights/boxing/etc. I wear them running mostly because I tend to run during lunch at work and I don't trust my co-workers not to open my locked desk.
