E: planned rest
B: coffee, yogurt, banana L: big salad w/fruit, nuts, cheese S: apple, pineapple, babybel D: maybe pepperoni pizza or Indian take-out. I didn't meal plan this week so I'm kind of lost S: chocolate
B: orange juice, thinking a bagel w/ cc L: leftover chicken and dumplings D: leftover 1/2 buffalo chicken wrap from lunch yesterday. I guess it's leftover day, lol. S: small piece of brownie I made Saturday, evil
E: rest day - sore from my half yesterday so I will foam roll tonight B: oatmeal w/ blackberries and raspberries plus some trial mix, coffee, hot tea at work L: chicken and stars soup, cherry tomatoes and snap peas w/ hummus D: turkey sandwich and soup? not sure what DH wants to do for dinner so this may change S: It's colonial day at school and the students bring in tons of food - hoping I don't sample too much of it:)
