My race season is over for 2013 save for a 5 miler on Thanksgiving and I don't plan on signing up for a Spring race so I was thinking of hiring a personal trainer to get me back into non-running H&F stuff namely weights and other types of cardio.
Who here has had a personal trainer? How much should I expect to spend? What should I look for in a PT? I have heard some horror stories on here so I'm hesitant.
