Today began my whole new world of classes and cross training. I began with a class called Guts, Butts, & More. Sweet Lord. So much gut work and my god my core is weak. And my legs were shaaaaaaking. But it was good.

Nothing is more humbling to me than a core strength class. Because it shows that I have none. In my head, I always thing "WTF, I've ran marathons! I can certainly hold a plank without dying!" But I can't.
