Mine typically does 7-9 weeks. I went in a bit earlier for bloodwork this time, though, because I had some substantial bleeding early on, but that is not SOP for my OB. Initial pregnancy and u/s appointment was around 7.5 weeks.
Paperwork, bloodwork, intake (family history, etc.), do's/don'ts with the nurse around 5 weeks, first appointment with the doctor, including ultrasound, around 7 weeks.

8 weeks with an ultrasound and blood was taken, family history was also taken. DH went with me because some questions pertained to his side of the family. They also gave me a packet with loads of info at that appt.
7 weeks. I don't know if they'd normally have seen me that early, except that I'd had two miscarriages in the last year and a half. We had an ultrasound and saw the heartbeat.
I've had appointments at 9 weeks (due to spotting), 10 weeks and 12.5 weeks and had ultrasounds every time. The last one was only an ultrasound because the midwife couldn't pick up the heartbeat on doppler, due to the baby jumping around so much. I don't expect to have another u/s til 20 weeks.

Mine was at 6 weeks. They did a transvaginal ultrasound at the appointment. At every appointment since, my doctor has listened to the heartbeat with a doppler.
I don't think I was even 4 weeks yet - it was completely accidental. I had an info session scheduled with MFM because my OB knew we were TTC and I got my BFP the night before. He said I was his earliest appt ever. Lol. All he did was take my blood to confirm.
My first regular appointment with my OB was in the 5th week. I am not a typical patient since I have to be on some meds during pregnancy - I get monitored a lot. He did an internal at that time. My next appt is Thursday - I'll be just over the 7 week mark and will have my first u/s.
Hi. I had my first appointment at 9 weeks. I got my bfp around 4 weeks and it was a long wait! My midwife doesn't do an ultrasound (unless there's an indication of a problem) until the 20 week-ish mark. Aaaaaand the wait goes on I'm looking forward to Monday however when we will get to hear the heartbeat via Doppler.
I was seen at 6 weeks, but I had the appointment with the OB to start infertility testing. But I found out before the appointment that I was pregnant so my PCP said to keep the appointment and see what the OB says. The OB did do an ultrasound at both 6 and 8 weeks to make sure that the pregnancy was viable, I have MC in the past. I then got switched to a different OB, and I saw her for the first time yesterday at 12 weeks.
She said that she normally sees patients at 8-10 weeks for the first time. My appointment yesterday through her off a little bit because I was further along then she is used to on the first appointment. She forgot to bring the doppler into the room so we could hear the heartbeat, but I asked and she was so glad that I did.
