I wore capris and a tighter tank. It was fun! I liked the intervals way better than just climbing and climbing, but it was a good workout. There was a little computer with cadence and watts and all that and the instructor was good about giving guidance through that, which I liked. My butt did okay, but there were times I had to stand just to get some relief.
I just started spinning 3 weeks ago--after my first class my lady bits hurt for seriously a week. Now I go early enough to grab the gel seat covers they have available--no more lady bit pain since then

I'm glad you enjoyed it! Do you think you'll go back for more classes?
I started taking cycling classes off and on this fall (as my work travel schedule allowed). I really enjoy it and feel like the workouts are starting to change the way my legs look (I feel so vain writing that). They feel stronger and more muscular, but almost leaner all at the same time. Hard to explain I guess!

Yeah, I think I will. It's one of the classes at my gym that is super easy to fit in my schedule and I like that I can make it harder/easier as I need to. I hope my legs start looking better, cause, yikesies. Not running a lot isn't doing them any favors.
