E 4 miles with my dog, last run before the HM. Was 2 degrees C, blue skies and a chill in the air. Loved it.just the confidence boost I needed before the race.

Vegemite?? Oh man, Australia co-worker brought us some of that when she visited. It was ahhhh...interesting.

Edited: my 17 miler is now a wash due to thunder and lightning. Even if it stops soon I won't have time to do it before picking up the girls from their schools. So I'll try for 8 later today and the 17 on Sunday. I hate changing things up. Makes me feel so out of control!

I think you have to grow up with it. It's actually very good for you, but trying it for the first time as an adult is probably a challenge. It always makes me feel homesick, in a nice way. It also settles my stomach when I am nervous or sick. It's my pre-race fuel of choice

I'm in a yuck mood today - weight is up b/c I only ran once this week so far. I hate being up right before the holidays, grr.
