I'm pretty sure I fell the wrong way at yoga last night and broke a little toe. I know that I pretty much just need to wait and it will heal - more of a little inconvenience than anything else...but I'm wondering about how careful I need to be about taking it easy. Does anyone have any experience? I'm thinking I can probably still do yoga and just modify to avoid putting pressure on that foot, and still bike & swim, but avoid running?
Thanks for any advice I've been feeling very pissed off at myself for hurting it, I didn't even fall trying something hard. I'm basically just a giant klutz that can't stand up apparently! Lol

I broke my little toe about a month before a half last year. Ortho said I could run on it as long as I could stand the pain. Worst case scenario was that it would look funny when it healed. We agreed that little toes usually look funny to begin with so no biggie. It stopped hurting after about two weeks.
