What are you training for? Date? RnR DC 3.15.14. Not *officially* starting training until next week, but I need to get my ass in gear.
Training plan for the week? M: Rest, T: looking like it will be lugging my turkey 1 mi, W: 45 min progression, weights, R: 60 min run, F: 45 min run + weights, S: 6-8 mi, S: rest/easy 45 min
Any injuries, problems, or vents? my motivation is low, particularly now that it's cold and rainy and gross.

nope. I'm runing the half. in my post-marathon madness I may have considered moving up to the full but eventually my sanity returned.
