I had posted a month or so ago that I was having pain in my knee 9 months post-ACL surgery. I saw the ortho today and got xrays. The lump that was hurting was only scar tissue that is going away. The pain is a patella tracking issue and I left with an Rx for PT to build up muscle and a recommendation for a knee brace.
I can start running, jumping, doing anything again! My ACL is solidly is place. Also my shin splints are related to the leg strength. I can't wait to run again! Thanks for all of the support!

That's awesome! I had some patellar tracking issues a while back and what helped me the most was KT Tape and foam rolling my calves and IT band (in case you want some unsolicited advice).

Thank you I love advice! Which KT taping did you do?
