Especially if you are having MS.. what are your plans to keep it together tomorrow?
We aren't telling family until Christmas so mums the word tomorrow. :-#
I don't really have MS right now but every once in a while if I catch a whiff of something I'll do a weird dry heave. Today's culprit was the scent of my blueberry yogurt. So random.
I'm a little scared of the scents that will be wafting around the house tomorrow. Yikes. We'll see how it goes.
We haven't told yet either. I'm not as worried about the morning sickness since I don't really have it. I'll have to pretend to drink though, otherwise my parents will know right away I'm pregnant, ha.
I may tell the family this weekend only because I definitely need to bust out the maternity pants and it might be somewhat obvious anyway with me not drinking, lol. Keep some peppermint gum on hand, I find that really helps with the nauseous feeling.
We told my mom. We're not telling anyone else until Christmas, most likely, maybe longer. I'm not having morning sickness though!
I have a sneaking suspicion my SIL is announcing tonight, so I definitely wouldn't want to steal her thunder, as she's likely further along than me, and this would be her first baby.
Fortunately not having MS, but H brilliantly spoke up to offer to bring wine to his Mom's house, so I will have to be sly about that. We already had T-Day w/ my mom and got through it ok. Can't wait until Christmas when we actually will be telling!!!

Give me good tips on pretending to drink! I'm at a loss on how I'm going to get past MIL tomorrow. If everything looks good at our Thursday appt, we are telling the parents the next weekend

We didn't tell our families until 14 weeks. It was definitely a challenge to keep it a secret, especially when I was feeling crummy but when we told everyone, they were surprised!

Only my sister knows. We're spending tomorrow with the IL's, who we won't tell until 20 weeks at the earliest. Turkey is a food aversion for me right now, so we'll see. I plan to eat a little beforehand, take my B6, and hope for the best!

Just carry around a drink and pretend to sip. Sometimes I sneak into the bathroom and pour some down the drain or give it to my husband to drink. I've also carried around empty cans if beer. It's ridiculous but it keeps up appearances.
We told our parents early when I was pregnant with #1. We just want to wait this time until we can tell our son. I'd hate to tell him about it and have something happen and have to explain it. So everyone has to wait.
Our family knows already, other then my grandma who I haven't see since I found out.
But I did not tell until after the Canadian thanksgiving. (Well the ILs as my parents knew when I started throwing up at there place when I was supposed to babysit my niece, about 3 weeks prior to thanksgiving.)

Yeah, the bump think may foil my 20 week thing. But I'm kind of a big woman anyhow (both tall and large-framed), so I don't know how quickly I'll show. Also, brand new job + holidays, maybe coworkers won't notice quickly (and my family is all far away)!
We will tell our families at Christmas, which will be around eight weeks. I know that's early, but I have a girls' trip to Vegas with my mom and sisters the week before Christmas, and there's no way I can go three days in Vegas with no booze and not raise suspicions I teach college and will tell my coworkers early in the second semester, around 12 weeks. Maybe I'll wait to 14-16 weeks...we'll see how I feel at the time
So far I've been carrying around a beer bottle that H sneaks drinks from when no one is looking. I am getting a little anxious about all the Christmas parties, though!
