I'm not sure I can give an average because it varies on the time of the year having a teacher-spouse. Right now he is there all.the.time. and it often feels like I don't get any alone time unless he goes drag racing and I hang back at home. But when he is in coaching season, he has late games during the week or Saturday meets and then I have hours (or sometimes all day) by myself.

I put 4 because on Monday nights hubby goes to play cards and I usually take the time to order take-out and watch movies on lifetime. I live large y'all.
I picked SS because I think mine works out to be over four hours. I walk the dog every morning, for twenty minutes by myself, and then I go running for 30-60 minutes every other day, and I counted the commute time for when I bike (~30 minutes each way) because it is actually really relaxing, and I am by myself with no large distractions.
I get my hour a day workout 5/week and when I could run, that would be another hour or two added in. Plus I'll go outside and read on the deck or in the hammock, so that's another hour or so.
D works the opposite schedule of me, so unless my dog counts as a kid, I'm alone M,T,W,F from the time I get off work (5:30) until the time he gets home (anywhere between 9pm and 1am). In fact, even at work I don't have much interaction. My boss and cw are gone today and the people up front don't bug me much, so I'll pretty much have alone time all day long.
