I know the week before my marathon Everyone in my office was coughing and sneezing without covering their mouths. I was freaking out and bathing myself in hand sanitizer. Get some rest and drink plenty of water...feel better!
Ugh that sucks. Seriously though is the world against you running a marathon?? Drink fluids, sleep, pray. I still think that despite all the odds you are going to crush this race

OH NO!!! I'm so sorry! I guess by this point it is too late to do anything. Best of luck to you tomorrow, be safe, soak it in, and take your time. For afterward, is you nose really stuffy? Sinuses? If so, I recommend a sinus rinse...netti pot...anything of that sort (use boiled or distilled/sterile water though). It will really help to clear out the sinuses and nasal passage...and blow blow blow. The germs hang out in your nose, and this does the trick just as well as meds.
I hear ya! My MIL claimed her "allergies" were bothering her when she was staying with us this week. I told DH she definitely had a full blown cold, not "allergies." Even after washing my hands nearly raw and disinfecting everything MIL touched, I started sneezing yesterday and woke up stuffy this morning. Thanks MIL. Uh ugh!
This is going to sound totally gross, but that's one of the reasons I am not insanely into antibacterial gel or massive amounts of handwashing. My immune system is a beast!
'Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body. But rather, to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, screaming 'Woohoo! What a ride!' So every day is a holiday and every meal a feast."
