I am so tired of trying to cover my arms- they are big and flabby and I need to tone them.
I am getting back into running, but would love some good videos/workout routines for them. I do have a gym membership, but I also own 3# and 5# dumb bells at home. (I do eat pretty healthy.)
Any recs for routines, YT videos, etc would be appreciated. Thank you
I know this is highly recommended on here (and I actually have this book), but how can I integrate this with running (3x/week) and still strength training other parts of my body?
I made it work with running. I went to the gym 2-3x a week and ran the other days. I don't remember how many days the program calls for but you could modify the timing while still using the moves they write for. You could also double up some days with a shorter run.
The main issue I had was that as I got deeper into training for my race (a half) it became a little counterproductive to really try to push for heavier weights. So I backed off a bit, but still saw benefits.

I do NROLFW 2x a week and run 4-5x a week, with 2 workouts a day a couple times a week (or 1x if I am gearing up for a race. I plan to do NROLFW 3x a week for the next few weeks to try and cut some body fat. I think it makes for a perfect workout schedule if you did NROLFW 2x a week and ran 3x a week.

I really like fitnessblender.com (also on YT)- you can search workouts by body part, strength, length of workout, etc. I am also getting back into running and for now on off days do Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30. I've definitely noticed some definition in my upper arms and upper body strength, but it' s more of a full body workout. Great for under 30 mins though.

Chalean Extreme. I promise you'd going to love your arms if you do it consistently for the 3 months. There are 3 circuit training a week and to incorporate running, I would just swap out the other DVDs for it. You will have to get heavier weights though or use the bands.
