So we weren't going to use a photographer but then we found this guy through a friend...he's just starting out and needs to build his portfolio so he did our one hour shoot and gave us all printing rights for $40. Amazing! I will continue AWing as I get pictures because I'm so excited about this deal.
It's driving me nuts that my hair was all wonky, but I still like this photo better than our studio shots. More us. It was freezing though!
Super cute family! I love the little matching jackets.
I'm interested to know what your hair routine involves.
Thank you
Biolage shampoo/conditioner, combed in the shower, twisted up in a t shirt for 15 min, towel dried with an old t shirt instead of a towel, blow dried in sections with a round brush, and a little gloss serum from my hair salon. Normally I just dry the front and ponytail the rest. In the summer I can get it to curl with some gel, but the winter is rough.
Do you have thick hair? I seem to recall yours being pretty wavy.

Yeah it's thick, fuzzy, and unruly. You lost me at blow dry, lol, but I could manage combing in the shower and switching to a t-shirt for drying.

Lol I hear you. I avoid blow drying whenever possible. I recommend the curly girl method (IIRC, naturallycurly.com is a good site?). I've adapted it a little because my hair is more wavy than curly, especially in the winter, but it's cut way down on frizz. No brushes when I air dry, just combs. Cotton shirts to dry instead of towels. Lots of conditioner. That should make a noticeable difference within a few weeks.
wow these look great! I love the one of M by the fence looking back... sooo cute! And your hair can be fixed! I had to fix my hair last year.. I had a big gab from the wind blowing...
