Th - 4 mile recovery Fr - rest Sa - 9 miles @gmp Su - a really fucking hard 17 mile long run - hopefully just paying my dues so I can kill my half next weekend!
F: slept 12 hours Friday night. Felt like !*!*! Sat.: 35 mile road ride at 17.0 mph. Fastest and longest since knee surgery (I realized 35 isn't that long. Humor post surgical me.) Sunday: 22.5 mile mtb ride at a nice winter pace with a friend
Thursday: HIIT with a Spinervals DVD. Friday: three mile HIIT on the treadmill. Functional strength training from Be Iron Fit Saturday: same as above Sunday: 90 minute computrainer class
Friday: planned rest day and lots of shopping! Saturday: NROLFW Stage 1 Workout A Sunday: 2 mile "run" on the dreadmill aka 3 min walk, 1 minute run intervals. My knee feels strong! It's improvement and I'm taking it!
