FWIW, I'm calling my ENT first thing in the morning.
Last Wed.-Thursday I was a bit stuffy but had no other symptoms. It's not unusual for me to be stuffy in the winter with the dry air in the heated house/office.
Friday I woke up feeling really full. As the day wore on I got worse. I wound up only eating 1/2 bagel and most of my sandwich at lunch all day. By 4 pm, I wanted to die. My stomach was really upset, but I wasn't nauseous. After a quick side trip to Athleta, I went home and slept for 12 hours straight.
Sat.-Sunday. I feel fine except for a scratchy but not sore throat and a little fatigue. I'm coughing up yellow mucus. The coughing is pretty regular and strong. I rode both days. I'm not stuffy, and I don't seem to have any other symptoms.
I'm thinking I picked up a virus last week, and it's starting to turn bacterial as most sinus/head colds/anything above the neck do for me.

Maybe a virus, but a couple years ago I felt similar, and it turned out to be strep. It took the lab tests to confirm, the office test was negative. I'm hoping you just have a virus. Feel better soon.
For me, any kind of head cold/stuffiness/phlegm/sore throat/any combo of.those + upset stomach = strep. So i go to tbe dr when i have that mix of symptoms.
tuggyruns Full on sinus infection. I got all the good drugs. We caught it early, but I'm starting to feel horrible. I'm entering the coughing fit, raw throat, can't talk, stuffy phase. Ugh!!
