Christmas Day menu- can you help me?

It is just DH and I Christmas Day as we're heading up north to celebrate with my family over the weekend. Looking forward to opening gifts, relaxing in PJs, and watching movies. 


Breakfast- Bacon, sausage, and..?

Lunch- apps? (2-3 apps)

Dinner- I was thinking doing Alton Brown's Pork Wellington (I've heard it's good). Yes/no?
If so, what sides could we pair with it?

Dessert?

For Christmas breakfast, we always do one of those overnight egg bakes - with sausage inside. It's easy to do the night before so no prep the morning of Christmas.

eta: And what can I pair with it? I'm assuming this is a heavier entree?

For dinner you could have a small roasted beef tenderloin, potatoes, and a veggie to your liking with rolls. I like the recipe here. 

Breakfast you could do scones (super easy) and some eggs.

We sometimes make hash browns to go with it. I am not sure which recipe my mom uses. There are tons of them over the internet though.
