I'm still ridiculously sore from my Half on Saturday....quads, calves, even my shoulders and lower back are sore. I feel silly - is this normal? I'm moving quite a bit, but am in no shape to do a real workout.
Might try and get in the pool tomorrow (before a trip to the Podiatrist for my messed up foot...but that's a whole other story).
Two days later is usually the peak of my soreness. I would make sure you're getting plenty of water and whole foods, and try to foam roll some of that lactic acid out. The pool is a great idea tomorrow.
