Oh lord. So scary. Accidents are the worst, but having the babies in the car makes it a million times worse. My accident was very slow and minor and my kid will STILL be RF and harnessed until she's in college. So glad everyone's ok.
Wow! I am so sorry, and very thankful you are all okay.
Don't stress about the insurance, I was rear ended a couple of years ago, and the insurance aspect of it was very easy. They catered to me pretty well. I got about 35 lawyer advertisements in the mail, and I bet you will too. The guy who hit me's insurance fixed our car, paid for the rental, paid all the hospital bills, and gave me extra (so I would not sue them). I had no residual injuries, so no intention of sueing, so the extra money was just nice and unexspected.

Oh, Dahli, how terrifying! And I know you were having a bad day even before this. Try to rest as much as possible. I'm so sorry this happened but so glad you're all okay. Hugs!!
Did you get a diagnosis of whiplash? If so, I highly, highly recommend 1. getting to a chiropractor ASAP. If it were me, I would take the girls also. The pain only gets worse over time without treatment. 2. Call a laywer. They will help you fight the other person's insurance company for any time you miss at work and the medical bills. When I went through it they tried to not pay my chiropractor bills because they said because I had gone there before, it wasn't due to the accident. My lawyer got everything paid for.
Wow, I'm so glad you guys are alright! I can't imagine how scary that must have been. Get a copy of the police report ASAP! I didn't know I needed one when I was hit by a car and the hospital bill came after 30 days and when I went to get the report they no longer had them at the station and I had to mail away for it but they couldn't find it in the records department either so I never got a copy. My health insurance ended up covering it with a $75 co-pay but it was a huge hassle because no one could understand that I don't have car insurance because I was a pedestrian.
So scary, glad you guys are ok! I was rear ended about 6 months ago and it didn't have to pay a dime, not even my deductible because they said the other guy was at fault, the insurance stuff should be nothing to worry about.
Omg I'm so glad you are ok. Which freeways were you on? Oc traffic is no joke. I'm sure the insurance stuff will be fine. Rear Enders are kind of cut and dry. Hugs!
