What are you doing for packaging? I have baskets and crinkle paper, but I'm looking for things to put the actual treats in to go in the baskets. I did little chinese take out boxes a few years ago, but was wondering if there's anything you like better.
I used cellophane bags last year. PITA. I just use ziploc bags in a holiday tin. Klassy. I might get chocolate boxes this year for the truffles I'm making
Wilton makes little boxes. I got my boxes at Michael's (make sure to use coupons). The Container Store has good stuff too, and they have free shipping this week. www.containerstore.com/shop/giftPackaging
Joann's and Michaels have holiday boxes and tins that aren't very expensive and are pretty cute. I usually use those. This year I'm making gingerbread loaves, so I bought some fancy disposable loaf pans off Amazon and cellophane to wrap them up.
There are a lot of really cute things you can do with jars, too. Even a swatch of fabric between the lid and the ring. Here's a link that has suggestions for prettying them up: www.freshpreserving.com/tools/crafts/winter-crafts.aspx
