I had high ambitions of organizing and selling a lot of my baby stuff (gear, clothes, pump, toys, etc) on Craigslist, but I just don't have the time to coordinate and barter with people. But, is it worth my while?
I might just default to OUAC, since I have sold a lot of clothes there, but feel that I might get more money elsewhere?
Just looking for ideas to sell a bunch of stuff with minimal effort
I think you would get more money from craigslist or even a yard sale than OUAC. They tend to be really picky about what they take and only give you small amounts of money for it.
Do you have a local buy/Sell/trade on FB? That would help with the craigslist spamming.
I have had good luck with Craigslist for selling larger things and toys. I would probably be too lazy to sell clothes on there unless I was doing a big lot. I will probably sell the special occasion outfits i have on eBay when we are done with them.
If your goal is minimal effort, OUAC can help get rid of some of it, but you'll still have a lot left over. If your goal is to make as much money as possible, Craigslist and yard sales are a better bet. You can also look into local mass consignment sales, like Mom to Mom sales.
Selling to a reseller is the least amount of work, but you won't get a ton for the stuff they will take. I've had great success on my FB B/S/T group for toys and crap, and craigslist for clothes. Its easy to sell on ebay too, if you sell as a lot, it tends to get sold faster. Plus, you can have the buyer pay shipping.

I do - there's a local mom's of multiples public FB group, and a private one that I belong to. They have two huge sales a year, but it's A LOT of work to sell. You have to use their system of tagging and tracking and I just don't have time for it now. They are very picky about soliciting on their site, too.
I might try the public FB group. Thanks for reminding me - I don't check it often.
There's a great re-sale place near us and they take a LOT of stuff and have a high turnaround. Maybe you can look for something like that? People sell clothes, baby gear, maternity stuff, toys, etc. there and they give you a decent amount. I love craigslist but it was a huge PITA to sell our high chairs. No one wanted them for a decent price... I just had to give away one and then sell the others dirt cheap. I think I would have gotten more at the resale place but I haven't had time to go there.
