I'm 37 and ALREADY have pretty bad hooded eyelids. I feel so limited on what I can do with eye makeup because of it. But mostly, I just really hate what it looks like.
Besides any kind of surgery, is there anything I can do reduce the sagginess of my eyelids?

I have hooding too. If it's due to puffiness, then an eye gel can help to reduce the puffiness & a firming eye cream can tighten it a bit. For me, it's just genetic. I can still wear almost any eye shadow combo I want, I just need to be more conscious of placement & using a good primer.
I have this problem too, but I haven't found anything that really helps. My eyes were always hooded, but at 41, they are starting to sag a bit too. I can no longer wear eyeliner on my top lashes as it ends up all over my lids. I also had to switch to a waterproof mascara. I gave up on wearing eye shadow years ago as you can't really see it anyway.
If you find a product that helps, let me know. Otherwise, I see surgery in my future. My mom finally broke down and had it done in her mid 40's. She was happy with it.
scout8, I've always had hooded eyelids since I'm Asian so I had the same problems with mascara eyeliner. I found that using the Urban Decay eyeshadow primer on my eye area has prevented eyeshadow, eyeliner and mascara from running or doing things I didn't want them to do.
It doesn't help with the skin, but it helps a ton with makeup application.
Thanks for the rec. I will give it a try. I tried another primer, but it didn't work. I will give this one a shot.
