We had our leadership team dinner at work tonight. I enjoyed a lovely martini, a couple "samples shots" of their specialty beer and almost ordered a glass of wine but didn't because I have NROLFW planned for this evening. BUT I kinda want another drink. BUT I know I *should* do my workout. And this is a ridiculous post, but WDoesH&FD? If you have a drink (or drink & 1/2 or 2), do you go workout after or say Eff it, and have another drink?
