B: oatmeal with apple, cinnamon, and dried cranberries, coffee and hot green tea at work L: grilled chicken salad, greek yogurt w/ berries, a small piece of chocolate S: honeycrisp apple E: short 3/4 mile run after work - I have a meeting after school (grr) so my run has to be cut short:( D: out w/ DH - salad w/ grilled salmon, dried apricots, walnuts, hummus and veggies
