Has anyone been to The Fives in Playa del Carmen?

Or better yet, does anyone own property there?  I've been on their email list for quite a while now and it looks interesting.  Just curious to hear any experiences.

Hi there - I'm a lurker but I went to the fives last year for 5 days for a destination wedding.

The rooms were great, modern design and clean, but walls weren't well insulated and I could hear all the comings and goings of my neighbors. Pools were clean and not crowded, but my guess is it was because the water was freezing. Staff was great. Food was so-so, which is typical of all-inclusives.

I remember trip advisors reviews were pretty informative. Anything else you want to know?
