B almond milk, 2 small oat cookies I made last night L fillet steak (small piece I didn't cook last night) asparagus, home made hummus D not sure, might go out S red grapes, banana, apple E got up and did a 3 mile run this morning to wake myself up (and earn the cookies). Just over 25 minutes, pretty happy with that! Will go to the gym tonight and do some weights, also take dog for a walk.
B: yogurt with cereal, tea L: salad with tuna and oil and vinegar S: apple, cuke and hummus D: spaghetti. And vodka. E: none, building furniture and getting my hair done.
B: Ham, banana, coffee L: subway E: Trying to do a swim and easy run tonight (Fridays are notorious for unplanned rest days for me though) S: probably pizza
D: Belated Hanukkah dinner. We didn't do the Chanurkey celebration last week like we wanted to at the ILs, so we're making latkes, brisket, challah (from scratch!), glazed carrots, and quinoa pilaf. Oh, and a chocolate bourbon pecan pie for dessert, because I said so
That sounds so good! Are we all invited for Hanukkah dinner?
B: egg whites and laughing cow cheese, toast, grapes, coffee E: rest day but I just finished 3 hours of cleaning - I'm pooped! L: mixed greens w/ cottage cheese, pickles, snap peas, cherry tomatoes, & mushrooms, soup S: apple or grapes D: not sure yet - might get some take out because we are prepping food for the In-Laws Christmas tomorrow
