Yay! I'm excited about getting back into working out whole hog. I am glad to be starting my half training so that I can get some structure back into my routine.
I'm excited that I only made it until 9:30 before I realized my shirt was on inside out. Could have been worse, I suppose. WTF?! Did everyone really not notice, or did they just not tell me? Luckily I work in a very close knit department. Fucking Mondays, man!
I cleaned my basement out yesterday, so I no longer feel claustrophobic with STUFF EVERYWHERE when I'm down there working out on the trainer. I hung photos on the walls from sports stuff, now it's like my little motivation room. Yay
I also swam with a new group in the morning. We did about 4800 yds in about 80 minutes. Boom. It felt good! Much more challenging than the group I usually swim with.

I had to take a week off of working out due to bronchitis and a stomach bug. I have two more days on my antbiotics and I'm still not even 75 percent, but I have turned a corner. So I will say I am most looking forward to running on Wednesday but I am going to keep it slow and short. I have felt terrible but I am so happy this happened AFTER my marathon.
