If you hear these things, how often do those types of comments/questions come up? I know from first hand experience racism exists, I'm just curious how prevalent this type of offensives come up?
At least once a week. I could add a few other comments to the list.

Weekly.
For the most part, they're not ill intended. But they're racist all the same.
It sucks though.
I have learned how to zone it off. I don't know if that's a good or bad thing.
This past summer, there was a stretch where I heard, "You're really pretty for a black girl" multiple times a week. I seriously wanted to shank people.

I hear a decent amount of them once or twice a week. Especially the "where are you really from." My school has a decent amount of foreign exchange students, but we also have a pretty high number of people whose parents or grandparents immigrated here but they were raised in the US. Unfortunately, there are a lot of idiots who can't seem to understand that even if you hear someone speaking another language, there is a good change they were raised here.
I like it I'm pretty sure. In my mind I thought "good for you guy" when I saw his sign. He's a student in the class, not the "black voice" on discussion topics. I would absolutely HATE if people kept asking me what "my race" people did or thought about stuff. So bigoted.
lol, sorry, I just meant it looked really awkward to have "I like this" with a racist comment.
Your reading comp is failing. It wasn't a racist comment. It was an argument against one.
My brother is mixed and he gets shit all. the. time. He's a whole bunch of stuff so he gets the "But where are you REALLY FROM?" (Kansas...) "Are you Chinese?" (No, not even near China), "Why is your sister white?" (Because she is, dickweed.)
My dad also got a lot of racial profiling after 9/11. Apparently Croatian is samesies with terrorist.
My mom also gets comments for "looking like a Jew."
This business happens all the time. I can basically guarantee that when we travel someone in my family will get some racial comments thrown at them. It's great.
My maiden name is of Hispanic origin like Rodriguez. My great grandfather was Cuban. You would be shocked by how many times in my life I have heard "you don't look like a Rodriguez" ummm okay. I also get a lot of solicitation in Spanish but at least that more feels like idiot marketing people throwing spaghetti at the wall to see what sticks.
I laugh my ass off when someone says they don't see color. Yes you do, dumbass! Saying you don't see color is so fucking offensive and smacks of white liberal guilt. Puh-leeze.
Some of those remind me why I'm saving to buy an island in the tropics.
I think we've talked about this before, because someone on here said that they were "color blind."
Usually over on CE&P. (wilted) (though thankfully not the regulars from what I recall)
My two best friends were adopted, one from El Salvador and the other from Korea. They get this stuff all the time. My friend from El Salvador, people guess "what" she is all the time. People swear she is Samoan and refuse to believe she isn't (or Mexican, Indian, etc) My other friend was treated horribly when she waited tables in high school. Lots of people yelling slowly so she could "understand" them and asking if she missed home. Neither of them speak their native language so that opens up a whole other situation. I hate that they go through this crap on the regular.

You're so pretty for a black girl is my fucking pet peeve. I've had to shut a few people down, and explain why it's offensive.
I told one old hag, "I happen think some of the most beautiful women in the world are black, so... Thanks."
I grew up being told I didn't "look Jewish" because I was blonde. When I moved to Israel, it was better but still I got a lot of "Oh good, you must speak Russian!".
