Thank you! After I posted, I got the playtex straw cup with the squeeze bottom that was recommended and L has actually been using it! She still won't drink milk out of it, but she drinks water from it. Huge improvement from the sippy.
When she first tried it, I would cheer every time she used it to entice her to keep using it. Now whenever she grabs it and takes a drink she looks at me and giggles expecting me to cheer. lol. It's cute.

Yay! That is the best intro to straw drinking sippy. I am a big fan of the think baby sippy cups once you get past the learning stage. They don't leak!
I wish I went straight to straw cups. He loves his sippy and cannot figure out the straw ones. He keeps tipping it up like a sippy so there's no liquid at the bottom for the straw so he gets nothing out of it. He looks at it like "what the hell are you good for then?" And throws it.

Haha, aww! L tried tipping it first too, so I just held it for her the first few times and squeezed the bottom for her. She figured it out pretty quick after that. Whoever thought of making it with the squeeze bottom is genius.
Another funny thing is that she tilts it every time I give it to her to see if there is water or milk in it and throws it or pushes it away if it's milk. Stinker will only take milk from the bottle yet.
