I do. Mine is usually the worst around january/february though. I would definitely talk to someone about it. I have tried both therapy and medication at different times over the years to deal with it and it's made a big difference. Sometimes it's hard to push myself to do something to combat it (ie, talk to someone) but once I do I'm always so glad I did.
I have a travel-sized one. It's amazing. I HIGHLY recommend SADD lights. I ordered mine through Northern Technologies or maybe it's Northern Light Technologies. It's a company in Canada. I got a prescription for the light and my insurance reimbursed me.
ETA: I sit in front of the light every morning for 30 minutes or so beginning in October up through February.

Does anyone have any experience or suffer from this? The older I get, the more I think I need to talk with my doctor about this. I always make huge, sometimes irrational decisions during these months. I have increased anxiety and moodiness. Its normally worse in the september/october months and starts improving by the holidays. I am usually excited about thanksgiving and christmas, but this year I have a lot of anxiety and dread towards it.
Do you take Vitamin D supplements? It'll help your mood in the winter months.
