By dropping a spice bottle on it. FUUUUUUCCCCKKKKKKKKK. It's a fancy induction model and it's less than a year old. Anyone know roughly how much it would be to replace? Even though it's a small ding on the side with a crack coming out from it, I'm assuming it'll need a full replacement.
Well, Google says it's insanely expensive and to just buy a new stove. I called the store though and the part itself will be $156 plus $120 for the labor. Should I spend $276 to fix this:
We had this happen (twice!) with the old non-induction glass cooktop at our last house. It was several hundred dollars to have it replaced. $276 is much better than I would have expected.

I was going to say between $200-$300. I am not sure if it's covered under warranty. My aunt had something happen to hers and whatever happened she was able to have replaced for free. Did you happen to buy it with an AMEX? Don't they extend whatever warranty is on it? Worth a call to check.
If it's not covered, yes, I would replace it. A new stove is going to run you a lot more than that.
