They are getting to feel quite 'routine' at this point. I'm 29 weeks today and had an appt for yet another anatomy scan to check on some minor things. Everything is closed down due to snow so we went in early due to a bunch of cancellations. Which is great, because now I can stay inside the rest of the day and not worry about going out in the snow as it gets worse later!
The little guy is still head down and definitely kicking my ribs. They were double-checking on some fluid in his kidneys and his growth (due to my low PAPP-A/"high-risk" diagnosis). His kidneys are good, and he went from 50th to 74th percentile since 22 weeks. My fundal measurement has been right on target, but apparently the ultrasound shows parts measuring 1.5 weeks ahead, mainly his very long legs. But I guess I'm not as worried about the low PAPP-A now at least.
Also, the tech changed the machine to 3D and got us a couple of unexpected shots of his face, which was neat! Only 2 more monthly ultrasounds and then I'll have an outside baby. Time is going too fast!

Yay for US that feel routine. Seriously - yay for text book check ups. You certainly don't need (or want) the stress of something non routine at this point.
Hope everything keeps going well for you!
We have one today also but it's so early for me that it's still super exciting and super nerve wracking for me. I hope everything is going well in there!!

Oh we've had enough non-routine stress that is the reason for all these extra ultrasounds! But I'm assuming everything is fine unless the doctor tells me there's an actual problem we need to do something about. I had a billing person briefly freak me out about a 'chromosomal abnormality' that just ended up being the low PAPP-A.
So if you trust your doctor, just listen to them! I'm usually a pretty paranoid person but somehow have been pretty laid back about all this so far.

I just got a call yesterday that I'm low PAPP-A. This is #2 for me and I had super easy pregnancy first time around so this is new to me. Glad it's going good for you, I'm having a hard time not freaking out and thinking worst case scenario.

Definitely don't freak out! My doctor assured me that many times it turns out to be nothing. But the extra monitoring (which I assume you'll get) will make sure any problems that Might occur are caught early. Other than being told I have this marker and having extra scans, it really has been as 'easy' as pregnancy gets. Hopefully yours will be the same!
Oh and on the plus side, we might have smaller babies! ;-)

Thank you! That makes me feel a lot better. I'm already high risk and being monitored pretty close so to add this in isn't great but hopefully it's just overly cautious
