I have a standing weekly dinner date with a friend and every time she has leftovers she gets excited and says that she can't wait to eat them in bed later that night. Last week she told our waiter about eating them in bed. I haven't eaten in bed for many many years and it just seems weird to me. Do you eat in bed?

Not often but I did last night. It was family movie night and I was late getting home from my workout. H did bath and Jammie's while I showered but they were ready to start before of eaten. Rather than hold then up I brought my dinner in while they ate popcorn. Movie night in our bed is serious business.

Yup. I have one of those little tables you put over yourself and eat on that. I am lazy as fuck. I lay in bed watching crap TV and eat. Especially ice cream. Ice cream in bed with crap TV is the BEST!

If you asked me this yesterday, I would've said never but today is H's birthday and I brought him breakfast in bed today and we ate it together. I have a big tray though so I don't have to worry about crumbs in the bed. It was nice for a change and my H appreciated it.
Yeah, frequently. It's a combination of leftover bad habits from years with roommates (which wasn't that long ago for us), it being the warmest room in the house in the cold months, and being the only room in the house with an A/C unit during the warm months.
Yes. Mostly just snacks and I'm super careful about not touching the bedding if my hands are dirty. We have a TV in the bedroom so I'll bring up a yogurt, small plate of cookies or a small bowl of chips with me before bed. It's part of my wind down routine.

Every so often. I usually watch tv in our bedroom (only other room with the box besides the family room) so if I am hungry, I'll eat a snack in bed, just not under the sheets.

I will say-I don't usually announce to strangers that I plan on eating in bed. I have occasionally said that I was having a bad day and just want to eat ice cream in bed and cry, but only on GBCN.
