What type of fudge flavors do you like, or would you like to receive? I did Bailey's fudge last year and I need inspiration for something this year. Pinterest is overwhelming me.
Line an 8inch square baking pan with aluminum foil, grease Combine vanilla chips and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently until almost mleted, remove from heat and continue to stir until smooth. When chips are completely melted, stir in the peppermint extract, food coloring, and candy canes. Spread evenly in the bottom of the prepared pan. Chill for 2 hours, then cut into squares.

I had this really awesome Turtles fudge a couple of weeks ago that I loved. I'd say its my favorite. It didn't last long lol. We also have Southern Pecan, and Canadian Maple Nut fudge, and they're pretty good too.
Can you share your Bailey's fudge recipe, firedancer49? H loves Bailey's and has been asking me to make a Bailey's cheesecake but fudge would be a more manageable size for two people.

So I posted this last night and then completely passed out cold and forgot. janegold I'll look for the recipe today and post it. It's so easy!!
Maple might be the winner. I was thinking of salted caramel but then couldn't find the dulce de leche that I needed in the grocery store. Maybe I'll look again.

Oooh, thank you! That does seem easy. Have you done it before? Any preferred method? I don't think I would want it on the stove that long, but not quite sure about the microwave method.

"I was thinking about getting off on demand, but it sounds like I should be glad that I didn't"
I was going to post janegold's dulce de leche recommendation too! Its so easy. I've done the water bath in the oven, actually. Put the can, vented, upright in a water bath and bake.
3/4 cup butter 3 cup sugar 3/4 cup evaporated milk 1/3 cup Bailey's Irish Cream 1 tbsp Instant coffee crystals 7 oz jar marshmallow fluff 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 package vanilla chips 1/2 package butterscotch chips (Or do an entire package of vanilla or entire package of butterscotch - I like to mix)
1. Combine Bailey's and coffee crystals in a small bowl. Microwave on high for 10 seconds or until coffee is melted and dissolved.
2. In large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, evaporated milk, sugar and marshmallow cream. Once melted, slowly add the Bailey's coffee mixture and stir well. Bring to bowl and boil for 5 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and stir in chips and vanilla extract. Stir for about 3 - 4 minutes until smooth. Pour into pan (I usually line mine with foil) and chill to set.
