Mom and I will be road-tripping to Nova Scotia, I will be flying back on my own. Need to pack a little light because I can only carry-on. Will have one small suitcase and my OG. Five days. Weather will be in the 50's and 60's F and the house is on the ocean so it's gets a fairly good sea breeze.
Packing my laptop, chargers, hairdryer, makeup, and toiletries. For clothing I am bringing stuff that's blue, neutral, or coordinating so that I can mix and match if need be.
Here are the clothes I have planned so far:
Pictured above: 3 short- to 3/4- sleeve knits (navy striped, tan, and rust colors) LS grey baseball tee, 3/4 sleeve navy striped tee, roll-up sleeve cotton pinstriped tunic, SS chambray dot button-up 1 SS navy patterned shirt dress, 1 bright blue maxi dress Chunky-knit navy cardigan Jeans (can be worn rolled up), army green cargo crops, denim mini 2-3 tanks, camisoles in neutral colors Not pictured: pj's, undies, bras
For shoes: I was thinking one pair of tan sandals and a pair of ballet flats
I would bring a pair of boots, for that weather, but you might be comfortable with just the flats and sandals options. I think packing with that color palette is smart. You might not want/need accessories for a road trip, but I might bring a light scarf just to add something "special", plus you could wear it with the maxi dress if you felt a little cool with the breeze.

I think it sounds great but also think you may be underestimating how chilly it will feel, especially by the ocean? I'd bring some other type of sweater I think. - meaning an additional one.
Also, how much time will you be spending in the car? I would maybe bring some leggings or slouchy pants of some sort for comfort while you're just riding in the car.

Yeah, I was thinking that too. Might either bring a light cashmere sweater and/or my lightweight down vest. Both are very easy to pack. Also, I almost forgot to pack socks. Hard to think about these things in the midst of a heatwave.

Great idea! This is a call for the Saturday pants. Will be great as pj's or just lounging around the porch with my coffee/cocktail/bottle of whiskey.
