Marcus did this last night but it was *really* gross and seems like it should have woken him up.
Gabriel did wake up at 12:30 for some cuddles (I think he had a nightmare) but Marcus didn't make a sound and I even had to wake him up this morning to get ready for school. Found the vomit.
Jake is now worried we may be sleeping through some stuff. I'm partially worried, too, but I woke up when Gabe needed me and while I don't think I'd wake to the sound of throwing up, I'd definitely wake if Marcus cried for more than 5 minutes over it.
Regardless of whether we missed it or he slept through it, I feel so bad and grossed out that he laid in it for so long
He's feeling better. It took him a bit to fall asleep for nap apparently but as far as I know he's still sleeping (Jake is with him). Everything has been kept down today.

My daughter has done it before. Throwing up at night, seems to be their thing and it really scares me. My son always coughs first so I can jump up and be in there with him in seconds. My daughter will sleep right through it though. I'm a nervous wreck when they have stomach bugs.
DS did that a month or so ago. He turned around in his crib at some point afterward so his head wasn't resting in the vomit, but otherwise didn't fuss about it. He was fine otherwise, so we assumed he just ate something that didn't agree with him, puked it up, and went on sleeping.
My kid pukes all the time. She's just a puker. She pukes in her sleep about once or twice a month. It's silent and doesn't wake her. It's very odd but it happens.
Marcus is definitely NOT a puker generally. When they both had a stomach bug, Gabriel puked like 5 or 6 times, and Marc one big mega puke. Otherwise he seems to have inherited my iron stomach.
That's what this seems to be, one big mega puke and he's been fine the rest of the day, Jake reports.
