Any luck with Crate & Barrel service?

I had a casserole dish break as we were taking it out of the oven -- the handles just cracked. It was on 375 for 30 min or so, nothing extreme? Do you think they will replace? It was part of a 3 piece set so I hate to buy again but I use it all the time.

I ordered a duvet from them and it wasn't until several months later I noticed that the screen print had a line through one of the paisleys in a corner. It wasn't a huge deal and you don't see it if you weren't looking for it.

They didn't sell the duvet anymore, but they sent me a gift card for I think $50. Which to me wasn't bad since it had been awhile since I bought the item.

I had a bar tools set for over 2 years when it broke with very minimal use. I emailed their customer service and they offered to replace it or give me a credit. They didn't actually sell it anymore, so they gave us a credit. We waited until they replaced it with a similar, but different offering and bought that instead. It's worth a try, they seem to stand behind what they sell.

I had one of their TV stands (well, still do, but you know..) and the piece that held the sliding door in had come apart and gotten lost somehow (think a spring lol). I called and they said they didn't just sell the doors since they were packaged out of country, but offered me a discount on a new base. I accepted that because the base had a crack in it (because my husband thought he could drag it and it was too heavy lol) so I still l have the new base in box for me to use in our basement eventually.

my secret santa a couple years ago ordered my ornaments from them. I received a couple broke one 2 out of 6 and they sent me 6 new ornaments. It was really fast replacement too.
