Nothing out of this hemisphere. Heck, not even this quarter-sphere.
Canada, Mexico, US, Costa Rica and a variety of Caribbean islands. On cruises, so a few hours here and there. And I will cop to being a sheltered American and not remembering which of the islands are countries vs territories.
US, Mexico, Canada, England, France, Italy, Greece, Croatia, Costa Rica, Haiti, Jamaica, Bahamas, French Polynesia. I think the rest of the islands I have been to are territories, not countries (Caymans, Virgin Islands, etc.).
I would like to step up the travel, but our kids need to get a little older. I think we may take them out of the country for the first time this spring break, though.

I seem to remember counting more than 40 countries one day with my mom's help (don't remember our exact itineraries on some trips we took when I was a kid), but I can only name 33 off the top of my head.
The US, the French side of St. Martin and 3 different parts of the Kingdom of the Netherlands (Aruba, Curaçao and the Dutch side of St. Maarten). Curaçao is now it's own country but I visited in 2008 before that went into effect.

When I was 16 I made it a goal to visit 30 countries by age 30. I did it (and then a few more) but only because I lived in Europe for 3 years and was able to do a ton of travelling. I'd like to hit 40 by age 40 but I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it happen.

US, Canada, Mexico, England, Ireland, Scotland, Bahamas, St. Thomas (Virgin Islands - didn't count it as a country), Puerto Rico (didn't count it as a country), Germany... I feel like I'm forgetting things and of course there are far more on the wish list than I have made it to so far.
live is U.S. traveled to: Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, England, Scotland, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland.. I think that's it .. so 13 this was all during college years/ summers, I haven't been able to travel now in about 5 years :-(
I'm at 11 (I think I remembered them all). It will be twelve in Feb as we're going to San Maarten. I was also born outside the US. It will get a lot higher as DH and I are FINALLY done with school and making decent money. Reminds me that I really need to get DS a passport.
Somewhere under 20 for me either way, but I'm having trouble counting countries I went to on a cruise since I only spent like 6 hours in them, and I'm not counting St. Maarten I don't think (was there for about 2 hours, through the airport and we walked to the dock to take a boat to Anguilla and milled around there/had a few drinks at the outdoor bar).
I am definitely not counting Belgium, which I took a train through (it was pretty -- I'll be back!).
I think it's 13, but I'm signing in from #13 right now so that counts for something, right? Mostly North America and Europe, but also Ecuador and Tanzania.
