I just asked this same question on a car seat forum that I belong to (yes, I'm a nerd) Anyway I ended up getting her a Britax Parkway SG in hot pink off Amazon for $104.
I had the Roundabout as well and we just transitioned to one Britax Frontier and an Evenflo from Costco.com. I wanted five point harnesses for a little longer because DS just turned 4 but he is very tall. We've been happy. I do like the Britax more than the Evenflo as does DS. So we put that seat in the lesser used car.

It looks like the Parkway is just a high booster, not a five point restraint, right? I was planning on that at first but then got some feedback here that that's not a good idea.
Your car seat forum said it's okay?
Yes it is just a high back booster, and yes they said its ok. However, she will be 5 in April, she's a little older than Lucy I believe. And yes she will sit properly, etc. The Parkway has a cool little clip that connects to the seat belt at the crotch area, that's what I really liked about it. Watch the video on the Britax website

DD is 5.5 and she is in the Britax Pinnacle 90. We love it. She is still in a 5-pt harness, which makes me feel safer especially when she falls asleep on a drive. It converts to a high back booster. The Pinnacle is simlar to the Frontier and it has the highest shoulder slots out there.
I'd get a Frontier. My oldest son is 90% for height and 75% for weight, and he was in a five-point harness in a Frontier until he turned six (when we moved him to a high back booster).

Both of my tall kids moved to the Frontier at age 3. I have been very happy with the seats and feel like they will last for a long time. DS is still very comfortable in the 5-point harness at 6 years old.

DS was completely compliant in a high back booster at age 4. DD.... We will see, lol. But neither nap in the car or refuse to buckle or try to unbuckle themselves. I think it is the car gods gift to me since they were both newborn car screamers. It is so kid-dependent.
A friend of mine from Sweden has a very different perspective. They routinely rear face for a very long time (3.5-4.5ish from what she has said) and when they turn FF, they believe a booster is safer than a FF car seat. I think the reason is that if you are in a crash their whole body will move forward a little, rather than the head snapping forward a lot.
If you think she is pretty close to being compliant in a regular booster, I would try out the graco seat before springing for the expensive one. You know your kid best, obviously, but plenty of kids can handle a booster around 4.
