I'm a little over 14 weeks and still just have the fat pouch look. My entire midsection is rocking the spare tire look these days and i think my shortness of being only 5 feet tall doesnt help with that. I'm guessing it will be awhile before I actually look pregnant.

I started showing fairly early. The bloat that I had by 8 weeks never really went away, it just sort of solidified into a bump by 12 weeks. By the time I hit 15 or 16 weeks, I couldn't really hide it anymore.

I started my last pg 15-20 lbs heavier than I should've been (thanks ART/IVF drugs) and was already busting out of all my pants. While I was taking picture of my "bump" at "16/17" weeks, looking back it really looked like a food baby. It was 23-24 weeks before people started figuring I was pregnant and not just gaining more weight.

I'd say around 20 weeks, depending on what I was wearing. In maternity clothes it looked obvious but if I just had a hoodie and jeans it still just looked lumpy.

I thought I had a bump at like 13-14 weeks. But looking back....LOL, no. Really it was closer to 20 before it looked like anything more than a little pooch, and probably 23-24 before it was unambiguously a baby belly.

I've been wondering this same thing too. I'll be 13 weeks tomorrow and am 5'1 so I assumed I'd start to show right away. I just look like I have gained a bit of weight in my stomach so far and usually you can't even tell I'm bigger with most of my normal clothes. I can also suck in my belly to almost look like I did before I was pregnant which I do if I'm walking past one of my coworkers who I haven't told yet lol. I can't hold it in for long, but I find it strange that I can suck it in that much still...

I'm pretty short 5'2. I feel like I started to show around 16/17 weeks. But looking at pictures it prob wasnt obvious to the outside world until 20 weeks.

I got wider first and then eventually grew a belly. So to me I thought I showed at about 12wks but it was probably closer to 16/17 wks for it to be noticed as something more than I didn't look like my usual fit self! I'm 5'5" with a short torso for what it's worth...
I'm 14 weeks as well. I suppose it depends on what you mean by showing. I'm 5'7" and built very slim with a short torso. I also have a BMI in the "underweight" range. I think I'm showing a little now. A week ago Sunday I told people at church and they said that they could already tell. So if you know I'm pregnant, I'm showing. If you know what I looked like before, you are giving me suspicious looks. If you are a stranger you probably can't tell. It also depends on what I'm wearing. In a t-shirt and leggings I think I look pregnant. With a few more layers you can't tell. Here is what I look like today. Attachment Deleted
I got bloated and started feeling thick fast, but to anyone else it wouldn't be noticeable or would just look like weight gain. Close friends and coworkers started to guess around week 14.
When I came out to the rest of my coworkers at week 17 most were surprised with the announcement.
I'm in week 18 now and feel like I still have a week or two until strangers would say something and be able to really be sure there's a baby bump and not just chub.
If I had a belly full of water/food and viewed from the side, I had a decent curve around 16/17 weeks. I'm 21 weeks now, and 2 days ago for the first time a stranger asked when I was due based on seeing my belly (not talking pg, not rubbing it, etc.).
About 20 weeks is when it became more clear to people who didn't know me that I was pregnant. I was showing before then and it was obvious to my colleagues and friends, but that is because all of my clothes are fitted and I had a flat belly prepregnancy. I'm at 22 weeks now and it is pretty obvious in most of my clothes.

Same for me; I can suck it in and look like I did before I got pregnant on a bloated day. If I relax a little, a small bump appears out of nowhere. I'll be 15 weeks on Wednesday. Each day though, it's harder and harder to not let it relax out, but unless I'm wearing maternity clothes I just look chunky in the middle. When people ask if I'm showing yet I'm like "well, if I don't hold it in!". I think pretty soon though if will become impossible to suck it in. I can't wait until it's obvious all the time!
I have a really long torso, so it took me longer to show and not just look chubby. I think around 25/26 weeks for me and I feel like I'm just starting to actually really look bigger and really pregnant.
About 17-18 weeks I think? That was the point where I could play up the bump and totally look pregnant if I wanted, or I could wear slouchy clothes and hide it if didn't.
