First attempt at exercise since I got my BFP the end of September. I'm tired of being a lazy sloth. My goal is 20 minutes of walking 3 times a week then I'll increase in a few weeks. My eating is going to get better as soon as Christmas is over. Time for this mama to be healthier.
Go get 'em! I've been running again (took a break during first tri because I was so tired and doing a lot of physical activity for work anyway) and it feels really good. Well, that's a lie. I felt ok while I was running, except I peed my pants a little, but then I was crazy sore afterward. But it feels good to get my body moving again!
I have grand ambitions to do the same. I'm glad you're actually doing it.
Believe me, I've been telling myself the last 3 weeks that that week, I was going to get back into some exercise, and it took me until last night to actually do the actual task. It felt good to actually do something instead of laying on the couch after work, so I'm hoping this will stick.

It really is true, exercise gives you energy. If I work at home ,stay in PJs, and act like a lump, I can barely get off the couch after signing off work. I did yoga yesterday and commutted (which involves stairs and walking) and was able to make it all day feeling pretty good. And we were out until 10:30pm at a show.
