Both Neutrogena and Loreal used to have really good ones, but they were both discontinued. The Loreal was a pretty good dupe for a kerastase one (the main company owns both), but it no longer exists .
I like the Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine anti frizz serum. A little bit goes a long way, I just apply it to the ends of my hair mostly and it works pretty good. It's not too greasy, I can even add a teeny bit to dry hair without issue.
I know it's meant to be used with a flat iron application, but sometimes, I just spray it onto my palms, use my hands to comb through my wet hair, and then blow dry. It definitely keeps the frizz away.

My hair is thick and long. I think the Loreal EverSleek Creme serum is pretty good. They also make a humidity defying leave in. It's decent and a little goes a long way.
