So I'm about half way through creating my craft room and now is the time for me to start thinking about color. The cabinets are white and the countertop will be (faux) stainless steel. My wall colors are a very light sage color - very neutral.
I found this rug at Lowes and I LOOVE the colors. This rug couldnt be more perfect for what I want to do. The one down side is that it is only available in 4x6 and I think I need a 5x8 or larger for the space.
I am hoping you ladies can help me find a twin for this rug. It needs to be fairly cheap because if I accidentally stain it doing one of my projects, I dont want to cry

You could always get the one above and take it to a carpet place to add a solid carpet boarder - maybe navy or orange or something. I know it can be done although I have no idea how much it costs to unbind and then add carpet boarder and rebind.
This one has similar colors, but is not as modern:
I like this one but I dont know if Im willing to spend $190 (im cheap, i know). However, this print is large enough, that if I picked up a plain sisal rug, I could probably trace a pattern similar and paint it myself. . . . Sounds like a DIY project in the making.

That's a good idea. I would also call about carpet binding the edge from a carpet store - they might have some remnants for $50 and be able to bind for a $1-$2/ft - I got a similar quote for a remnant last summer at a local place.
