I don't know if it's already under consideration, but I'd make the roll-out hamper a sorter (one of those heavy-duty three-bin styles). Otherwise, I think what you've got going there is pretty awesome!
It's awesome. I'm also team H. I have closed cabinets instead of shelves in my laundry and I love it. I don't have to worry about how pretty my Tide bottle is or how well I organized the lightbulbs. No one ever has to see my stockpile of dishsoap either!

I'm disappointed. Priced everything out, base models for everything. $2500 at Menards, plus we'd have to install ourselves and cut the sink holes. Way more than I thought!

Check around. When we did our kitchen, Home Depot came back super high. I ended up getting white painted maple shaker-style cabinets with 42" (48"? I can't remember, the tall ones) uppers and laminate counters for around $5K and my kitchen is not tiny. Definitely larger than a laundry room. It was from a budget line for a larger cabinet maker. (I can take some pictures for you if you want.)
The place I got them from is 45ish mins from me and probably a few hours from you (I can't remember what side of Indy you're on?), but if you want their info it might be worth checking. I'd also check HD, Lowes, and a few local lumberyards/builder supply stores. Prices can vary SO much.
ETA: I just looked it up, mine are Homestead by Haas Cabinets. You might have a retailer near you.
