You weigh in twice officially (and as many times as you want in between but you don't have to go through this process).
At the weigh-in and weigh-out, you get a "code" like "sunshine", you write that on an index card. You then wear "airport attire" clothes, aka, workout clothes, so yoga pants and a tank. You get on the scale and take a picture of your weight on the scale with the code next to the scale and then a picture of you on the scale. You can use a mirror for this or have your spouse/friend take a picture. That's it. You can use your camera phone or regular camera. You upload it to the web using your app on your phone or on the computer.

That sounds really cool. I think I might join in, and hope the moving into a new house doesn't derail my diet too much in the new year!
