Time to play everyone's favorite game! I keep getting these waves of pain through my lower back, and each time it is while the baby is moving. Should I assume that the baby is causing the pain? I'm starting to get to the paranoid "is this a contraction" point. I know people say you will know when you are having a contraction, but I'm worried I won't haha. For reference I'm 37 weeks and I'm pretty sure the baby has been "dropped" for a few weeks.

I had similar pains.. I have no freaking clue what it was. Towards the end of my pregnancy I assumes it was back labor/contractions. One night I had them for about 45 min.. I leaned overs bunch of pillows while DH rubbed my back.
I get lower back pain like that - it feels different than my other back pain. I've heard contractions often start in the back. So maybe mild contractions or BH ones?
Anyone else get pain at the top of their bump? It's a dull/ache pain. I don't think it's from the baby's position. I've been getting top of the bump pain for a week or two now.

Ive been getting on and off pain in my back. Mainly I have been having cramps that are really low. I was checked again today at my appointment and I am only 1cm dialted, 50% effaced, and at -3 station. Im 38 weeks.

Yes, but I swear it's from where she has her foot wedged. It's sore to touch, and feels more like bruise.
