PIP:What flats to wear with this outfit?

I am wearing this navy J Crew top and these red Gap khaki bottoms, and I have no idea which color flats to wear! I am thinking nude would be best(?) but I also don't own a pair.

Do you think nude flats would work best with this outfit? If so, can you help me find some?

Thanks Joanis. I think the glitter is a little too much but maybe not? The 2nd pair is too casual (considered a flip flop) for work but it is darn cute.

My favorite nude flat for work is the Dolce Vita Lucca - lots of toe clevage, so be warned, but I like that look.

My current nude flat is Sperry Brooks flat in nude. It is super comfy and very practical for work. I wear them with my colored bottoms all the time.
