ETA: I might play around with other spellings, too. I'm not a big fan of names ending in the letter "i" but it also seems odd to add too many more "y"s in there. Shayley? Shailey?
Going for SHAY-lee. Based on the other pronunciation poll, like 48 out of 50 people said they would pronounce "Shaily" in this manner (that was one concern we had about that spelling).

I think Shayli is prettier. I agree with smock and would probably add an "e" at the end to make it Shaylie. I am not a huge fan of the ee thing (shaylee), I think it will look very dated in a couple of years.
